Happy Valentine's Day

So yeah to another week survived! To start off, we'll start with the end of the week...or today! Here's a picture of the Valentine's Day cake I made. It's a double layer chocolate cake with homemade cream cheese frosting and strategically placed sprinkles...it was yummy!!! I also made a really yummy roast with a mushroom sauce. We had spinich salad and homemade bread along with it too. Happy Valentine's Day to the two men in my life whom I love more than anything else!!! Tyler and Lowe!

Speaking of Lowe...these pictures kind of go in reverse order...here he is getting his bath a little earlier than normal...

And here's why...we let him help clean up after I made the cream cheese frosting and boy did he clean up that beater...he just transfered all the frosting onto himself!!! It was all over his mouth, his hands, his belly, his legs, his hair, his diaper...etc. It was so funny and cute though to see him copying his father when it came to licking off the beaters. Such a cutie pie!!!

Lowe discovered our clothes hamper this week while I was doing laundry. He decided to crawl right on it and it became the best new toy in the world! He played in that thing for over half an hour until I took it away from him. I would move it across the room and he's crawl over to it and climb right back in. He's tip it up so the opening was on the ground and he was sitting up inside. A few days after this, Tyler and Lowe were home and doing more laundry and Lowe got so mad at his daddy for taking the clothes hamper away when they were done with the laundry. Note to self: forget spending tons of money for his first birthday...buy him his own clothes hamper to play in...

So nothing exciting really happened this week that's not Lowe related...he's 10 months old today and I can't believe it. Time has gone by so quickly I can't hardly stand it! Slow down Time and let me have more to spend with my first baby...I only get the first one once!!!
