Happy New Year!!!

so i know that this post is a little late since it's already the 8th!!! but oh well. to sum up 2008...tyler and i had a great year! we both lived through it...hehehe...but moving on to important things, we adopted another dog (so now we have two), we got pregnant and bought a house! craziness!

for the first family home evening of the year we did a new years resolution thing that i found on this fhe planner blog (it's on my list off to the right if anyone cares to know) and i found the talk by Christoferson (spelling?...) from like 2000 that the little activity is based off of. so we read exerpts from the talk and filled out our paper about our resolutions. so far so good for me! i'm just waiting for some pregnancy yoga dvds to come in the mail so i can start working on the physical parts of the resolutions i made. there's four parts to the resolutions to be sure you include all aspects of your life: intellectual, social, physical and spiritual. we're planning on reviewing those papers on the first monday of each month to see how we're progressing! you've got to make pit stops with goals to be sure you're getting somewhere with them.

i finally got around to organizing the few belly pictures that we've taken of me...i think they're from about weeks 7, 8,9, 16 and for sure week 24...i know i know...some people are going to be disappointed in me for not taking these pictures more religiously but come on now...everyone knows that during the first trimester pictures of yourself are about the last thing you want!

And here's the most up to date pregnant picture of me! We took this on monday but i really think i'm getting bigger by the day!

So we got to spend Christmas up in Idaho with tyler's family. it was soo much fun! we got to see our little nephew Makray who is so cute! it was awesome to be able to see everyone and thanks again for everything! i can't wait to use the baby stuff everyone got us and thanks again lisa for cutting my hair!

it was a white Christmas up there and as soon as i can get it figured out....i'm going to post a video of the snow that fell on Christmas day, so much fun and oh so cold!
